Billiard Kenya is a directory of billiard halls, cue-sport events, and related gear across Kenya. Venue information is provided by venue owners and our editorial team. We work to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee that prices, opening hours, or amenities shown are current — confirm important details with the venue directly.

Hall owners may register an account to submit and manage hall listings and events. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must give accurate information and only list venues you are authorised to represent. Contact details you add to a listing are shown publicly.

• New hall listings and events are reviewed by our team before they appear publicly. We may decline, edit for clarity, or remove content that is inaccurate, duplicated, or breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
• Content must be lawful and accurate and must not infringe anyone else’s rights. You must own or have permission to use any photos you upload.
• Choosing a paid listing plan is a request. Premium features and badges switch on only after our team confirms your payment, and they run until the paid-up date shown in your dashboard.
• Adverts are booked by request. We confirm the package, price, start and end dates, and artwork with you before anything goes live. An advert runs only for the agreed, paid period.
• Listing and advert prices are shared with registered owners and with anyone who requests a quote. The price confirmed to you in writing is the price you pay.

Shop orders can be paid by M-Pesa through Safaricom’s Daraja service. A payment is complete only when Safaricom confirms it, and your order page will show it as paid. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN. For listing plans and adverts, we send payment details when we confirm your request. Delivery details and any delivery fee for shop orders are confirmed with you before dispatch.

Products in the gear shop are described as accurately as possible. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund of the amount paid for that item. Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery at info@billiardkenya.com.

You may not misuse the platform: no scraping at scale, no attempts to breach security, no posting of misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content, and no impersonating another person or venue.

The platform’s design, branding, and editorial content belong to Billiard Kenya. Owners retain rights to content they upload and grant us a licence to display it on the platform and in promotion of the platform.

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for indirect losses, for the acts of venues or event organisers, or for inaccuracies in listing information supplied by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; see our Privacy Policy for how account data is handled after closure.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to registered owners by email and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
